This is a picture I (Nobbel) took during New Year's celebrations. I captured this shot spontaneously while playing with my lens focus. I noticed it looked so good when I aimed my unfocused camera at the changing lights of Alun-Alun Tugu Malang. And there it is, we got a beautiful bokeh shot.
